We are so excited to bring The Nutcracker back to the stage for another unforgettable holiday season!

This beautiful Alouettes tradition brings together our dancers, teachers and families for a magical production filled with memories, growth and the joy of performing on stage.

2026 Production Fees

Recital Package — $195

Recital package is $195 and includes: Music license, venue rental, choreography, props, lights and sound, stage rental, rehearsals, police officers, stage and house manager, teachers and staff overtime, truck rental, insurance, among other production-related expenses.

Who Can Participate?

Participating students from selected Alouettes classes and programs will be included in the 2026 production.

Nutcracker 2026 Production Agreement

By registering for The Nutcracker 2026, performers and their families agree to attend required classes, rehearsals and performances and to follow all production policies.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition and academy accounts must remain active, current and in good standing throughout the rehearsal and production period. Account credits may not be applied toward Nutcracker fees.

Attendance

Consistent attendance is essential during production season. Choreography, formations, spacing and staging depend on having the full cast present.

  • A maximum of six absences will be permitted during the production preparation period.
  • During the final two months before the performance, performers may have no more than two absences.
  • Missed rehearsals may require a private make-up lesson when requested by the choreographer.
  • Excessive absences may result in forfeiting placement in the production.

Final Rehearsals

Performers must be available for required additional rehearsals. Rehearsals during the week immediately preceding the production and dress rehearsal are mandatory.

Costumes

  • Parents are responsible for selecting the appropriate costume size.
  • Costumes are ordered specifically for each performer.
  • Costumes cannot be exchanged or returned once ordered.
  • Any necessary alterations are the parent's responsibility.
  • Performers must arrive with all required costume pieces, tights, shoes, accessories, hair and makeup.

Important Terms

  • All production and costume fees are non-refundable.
  • The full production balance remains due once registration is submitted.
  • Students must remain actively enrolled to participate.
  • Each additional costume is $95.

If your performer needs additional costumes, each additional costume is $95.

$195 at Registration

Pay the $195 sign-up/production fee when registering.

The $95 costume fee, plus any additional costume fees, will be processed by October 15, 2026.

    By signing below I acknowledge that:
    • I understand that all production fees (including costumes) are non refundable.
    • I understand that Costumes cannot be exchange or returned.
    • I understand that all production fees MUST be paid in full by October 15th 2026.
    • I understand that student/family account must be active and no credits may be used towards The Nutcracker Production.

    By signing below I authorize Alouettes Group Corp to:
    • Debit Summer Production payment from my credit/debit card listed on my account.
    • Charge a $25 "Declined Transaction" fee if credit/debit card is declined.

    COSTUMES: If more than one costume is required, costume fee will be processed to the card on file by October 15th 2026.
